I'm Gilad. I direct films, edit television, make social video and play music. What connects them is people: what catches their attention, what changes the mood, and what makes a moment stay with them.

The thread between it all
I'm an Israeli filmmaker and editor based in Cyprus. I studied directing and editing at the Sam Spiegel Film & Television School in Jerusalem, 2006-2010.
My work moves between short films, television, documentary, social video and music. I directed and co-wrote Paper Cuts (עמוד 68), edited the second season of Kings for Keshet, and co-directed and edited the independent film Ten Grand Even.
I have also worked on Israeli drama, comedy, reality and documentary productions. Today I make social content in Cyprus, including work for BERKOS, and perform as DJ GiliBeats.
That thinking stays with me whether I'm shaping a scene, a short video or a dance floor.
